Bushwick Tree Guard 2008
Brooklyn, NY. The Ridgewood Bushwick Senoir Citizen Council commissioned
Tripoli Designs to design and build twenty-six tree guards to be installed on
Wyckoff Ave as part of their "Made in Bushwick" Campaign.

Brownstone Staircase 2007
This piece was meant to blend the design qualities of a brownstone with Tripoli
Style. The railing is made from round rod and cast finales. The posts were
fabricated from heavy flat bar steel. The steps are cut limestone. The staircase
landing and patio area curves were designed by Tripoli and cast in concrete.

Banyan Banister Foyer 2001
Stairs and floors made of Paduk wood and inlaid with walnut and cherry. Railing
is made from solid round rod mild steel. Stained glass window is reinforced with
a metal frame work. The stained glass window sits in front of the existing window.
Foyer table is made from solid cherry and mild steel rod.

Nouveau Railing 1999
The railing is made from cold rolled and mild steel flat bar. The steps are made
from solid oak and finished with black lacquer. This project was a remodel. The
stairs and landing were built into the existing staircase. The chaise lounge and
small shelf table were also designed and built by Tripoli Designs.

Mild steel solid round rod Foliage Security grill designed and built for Just
Terraces, an exterior designer showroom and office located on E75Th St. at
Lexington in Manhattan

Octopus Awning
Gate and awning supports made from heavy flat bar steel. Awning cover made
from English wheel formed copper sheet metal. A residential house located in
the Richmond district of San Francisco.

Copper Fountain
This piece was commissioned by a Saratoga CA resident in 2001. Made from
solid round copper rod and copper sheet metal. Sheet metal was formed using
a medieval tool, the English wheel. 

Window

Linen Fold Kitchen

The center piece of this kitchen is a found antique, carved oak cabinet front in
the 15Th century Tudor style. The challenge of this piece was integrating this
cabinet door with Tripoli style curving metal lines and a more industrial look of
the square perforated sheet metal basket drawers and square tube frame. The
counter top is a 90%quarts and 10% granite mix. To add functional-ability, a
butcher block on casters stores beneath the counter.

Modern Kitchen 

The frame for this kitchen is 1" square tube.  The drawers are 1/2" square
perforated sheet metal. The counter top is cast concrete. Cabinets and drawers
are maple plywood custom made boxes that fit into the frame work. The door
and drawer pulls are original Tripoli Style, fabricated from 3/16"diameter round
rod.
